[Unstable] Controller Test Branch Update — As We Descend News

Experimental patch with fixes and improvements for controller input. Thanks to everyone who's given feedback so far and played on gamepad! This patch also includes a general improvement to the performance (framerate) while in the City.

This update will NOT clear your in-progress runs from Update 10 (Patch 0.15.0) and forward.

Changes and Fixes

Optimized the FPS/performance when in the City (in general, regardless of whether you're on gamepad or not)
Added an animation to gamepad Rune action (Recycle/Reserve)
While selecting a card in a UI screen during combat, if you hide the selection, you can navigate the battlefield using gamepad
Added a custom gamepad selection texture ("Focus")
Changed the left trigger (LT) hotkey to open the pouch instead of the deck (when in the City)
Changed the helper text on the Recycle/Reserve widget when on gamepad
Drawing your first hand in each combat will now focus the first card instead of defaulting to the Lantern
Gamepad focus in the deployment screen will now move to the next unit chip if there are slots left after clicking a unit chip
Fixed an issue with codex card tooltips not always working after a reveal animation, which was especially obvious due to gamepad
Fixed a bunch of tooltip positioning and timing issues on gamepad
Fixed an issue with gamepad navigation in the library
Fixed a very rare issue where spamming confirm could get gamepad navigation stuck
Fixed icon set used for the Steam Deck to improve readability
Fixed missing tooltip on unit modifier innate
Fixed an issue where the request panel entries on the first targeted city location would not highlight correctly
Fixed an issue where focus would jump to the next scavenge item too early, specifically when rolling to get the item
Fixed an issue with optimization on using Redraw/Reserve on the gamepad
