BIG SCORE (1.9.0)
THE LAST MAJOR EARLY ACCESS UPDATE
You read that right- this is our last major content update in Early Access before Beatblock's full release in version 2.0!
We'll be hard at work for the next few months, getting Cranky ready for the big day when we can call Beatblock content-complete. We hope to see you all again once we launch near the end of this year (ideally, barring no major delays!) We'll also be looking at getting some announcements out before launch regarding new features to be added for 2.0. Feel free to toss questions at us in the comments, too!
(Also, we're on sale for a week! If you or a friend don't already have the game, now is a great time to hop in and start blocking some beats.)
With all that said: let's get to the songs.
NEW SONGS
Lyons Lane's "Femme Fatale" has been added to the Mines atom.

Take a stroll downtown with some rock-and-roll flair, and follow a street-smart greaser confronting the greatest fight he's known yet- romance. And also the mines, please don't touch those.

Chart tweaks for Fragmented Existence (Easy)
Improved performance in Freeplay, Custom Levels, and Workshop menus
When playing from a pre-1.4.0 save file, both Ladybug Castle and Night Echo (Future Funk Mix) can both be used to unlock levels that require having played the bounce note tutorial
Entering Era Chimaera for the first time after playing whats a keygen now automatically removes the pirate costume
Fixed a bug where resetting the Keyboard keybinds back to default settings would reset the keys to invalid values
Fixed Next Tab and Previous Tab buttons being unbound when resetting keybinds back to default
Editor:
Added dropshadow rtf tag, used as \ or \
Added prefix property for text decos
Fixed text decos being able to act as parents for other decos
Play Song and Play Sound events now cap volume at 2x (if you really need louder than that, which you probably don't, just edit it in an external program.)
Fixed crash from loading a non-image file as a song select image
FINAL NOTES
We really didn't think we'd get this far. Beatblock as a game has grown far beyond any of our expectations, and we're just happy so many people have joined us for the ride. 2.0 won't be the end of updates forever, but we'll be able to point at the game and say "This. This is done." The finality of a project reaching that point never fails to feel a little melancholic.
With that aside, if we're still kicking, we'll keep adding on more as long as we feel like it! Anything past 2.0 is a bonus, both for you and for us. Here's to the future! ( ^^ )=)
