A huge amount of what shipped in Update 1.2 came straight out of those. We are a small team, and none of us expected the goose casino to end up in a hundred thousand libraries.
And a massive thank you to every streamer and content creator who picked up the game. A lot of you found us because someone you watch decided to build a terrible casino on camera and let it burn down. We saw those videos. We saw the clips. Watching people play something you made, laughing at the parts you hoped would be funny, is genuinely the best part of this job. Thank you for taking a chance on a small game about a goose casino.
What We Set Out To Make
We never wanted to build an accurate casino simulator. That was never the point.
We wanted to make something cheerful. A silly, warm place where you get a little greedy, watch your terrible business decisions play out, chase visitors around with a mop, and just have a genuinely good time for a few hours. If the game made you laugh, or made an evening with friends better, then it did exactly what we hoped it would.
The Casino Contest
Ever since launch we have been quietly watching the casinos you build, and honestly? Some of you are far better at this than we are. Layouts laid out more thoughtfully than anything we put in our own trailer. Floors that are somehow both a serious fire hazard and a genuine work of art. Builds that made us stop and wonder how you even fit all that in there.
We have wanted to do something about that for a while, and a hundred thousand copies feels like the right excuse. So here it is: a contest, with real prizes, for the people who build the best ones. For the next two weeks, until September 13, show us your casino.
There are three categories, and you do not pick one. You post your casino, everyone reacts, and the reactions decide where you land.
🏆 Most Beautiful Casino takes first place.
😂 Funniest Casino takes second place.
❤️ People's Choice takes third place. This one is pure popularity: whichever casino collects the most reactions overall, whatever the reason.

Showed off your casino before? Post it again! Only entries posted in the contest channel during these two weeks count, so older showcase posts will not be picked up automatically.
Voting is by emoji reactions: react 🏆 for the most beautiful, 😂 for the funniest, and ❤️ if you just love it. React to as many entries as you like.
