New languages - Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese are now fully playable, and the Steam store page is available in Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Chinese (Simplified), French and Turkish.
Country reservation on official servers - your country is now held for you when you disconnect. Reconnect within 2 minutes and you are put straight back into it, and nobody else can take it in the meantime. It also prevents you from taking any other country, to fix malicious country changing.
Non-aggression pacts in the scenario editor - pacts can now be set up in the diplomacy relations panel alongside wars, alliances, guarantees and the rest.
Deleting scenarios - scenarios can now be removed straight from the scenario details screen.
War justification warnings - you are now told when another country finishes a war justification against you, not just when you finish one yourself.

Base country money income increased from 1.5 to 2.0.

Improved multiplayer stability and fixed several causes of desyncs.
Fixed released puppet countries clashing with the nation they were formed from.
