Changes:

Add 'restart boss' button
Enabled area select in main menu at all times
Chickens should follow you much better in the island area, and get stuck less often
Made some tweaks to Lost Shrimp to make the fight more fair

Bug fixes:

Fix invert controls option for gamepad
Fix speedrun achievement not unlocking
Quitting to menu went to the demo menu in some situations
Fix potential soft-lock after or during Drillby boss fight
Fix potential soft-lock during Lost Shrimp boss fight
Fix some improper respawn locations
Bubba ball shows interact button properly
