To find your Windows system software version
(ex. Windows 11 "version 24H2")
Select Start > Settings > System, then select About. You then see Edition, Version, and OS Build information.
To find your graphic setting
Option -> Display -> Graphic Quality (Quality, Balanced, Performance)
If you are encountering a red screen, please try the following solution.
Please change the display quality from \[Automatically select on Windows] to \[High performance] in the Application options (graphics basic settings)
If you are encountering a sound issue or crash after the company logo, please try the following solution.
If you are using a multiple monitor, please do not move the screen from sub monitor until the title screen appears.
