Update Ver. 0.8.50.0

• When summoning Shuriken, Knife, Wind-and-Fire Wheels, or Sai, if there is no free hand slot, they will now be thrown at the opponent.
  
• The communication method for Room Matches has been made the same as Ranked Matches. Network delay will be reduced.
  
• The internal implementation of the input system has been changed. Key configurations will be reset, but this is expected to fix the issue where configs would not load at startup.
  

• Fixed an issue where, if a communication error occurred during matchmaking, you could sometimes become unable to re-match.
