Arena Building

• Added the new “Clash of Spawns Portal” building, providing access to Ranked Arena.
  

New Perks — Hall of Wisdom

• The number of technologies has increased from 18 to 30.
  
• New perks affect sailing and fleet characteristics.
  
• Added improvements for sea encounters.
  
• Added improvements for resource gathering.
  
• Added improvements to the maximum number of production buildings.
  

New Quests

• “Beyond the Ice Deposits” — Cryolite will be required.
  
• “Abyss Call” — Abyssarite will be required.
  
• “Elemental Combo” — Hatched Lava, Frost, and Lightning Spawn Eggs will be required.
  

City Storage

• Level 1: capacity 300,000 → 500,000.
  
• Level 2: capacity 1,500,000 → 2,000,000.
  
• Added Level 3 with a capacity of 6,000,000.
  
• Added Level 4 with a capacity of 15,000,000.
  

Resource Gathering

• Added the fourth level of the Fishing Bridge with a new fishing activity.
  
• Golden Osetra Caviar can be obtained from the new activity.
  
• Adventurist is used in Abyss Lvl 2, Mine Level 4, and several island activities.
  
• Toaduin is used at Fishing Bridge Level 4 and in island gathering.
  
• Dude is used in an island activity related to Gold Ingots.
  
• Added a new “Amber Sashimi” shard: it reduces the chance of breaking and gives a chance to obtain Salt.

• Crimson Cave: charges 1,200 → 1,300.

• In the encounter “An incredible phenomenon has arisen in the heart of the ocean—a dreadful Maelstrom…” the payoff cost has been reduced from 45,000 to 29,000 and from 35,000 to 25,000.
  
• In the outcome “The metal fittings of your vessel are drawing you into the mechanism…” the waiting time has been reduced from 60 to 20 minutes.
  
• In regular sea stories, the payoff cost has been reduced from 35,000 to 25,000.
  
• Sector 1: maximum encounters 300 → 200.
  
• Sector 2: maximum encounters 450 → 400.
  
• Sector 3: maximum encounters 1,200 → 700.
  
• Sector 4: maximum encounters 900 → 550.
