Forge the Future of the Gauntlets

Hello Adventurers,

The new Gauntlets weapon has now proven itself through countless battles. Now it’s your turn to forge your own!

Create an original Gauntlet design for a chance to have your creation added to the game as an official cosmetic. Whether you're an experienced artist or simply have a great idea, we encourage adventurers of all skill levels to participate. Creativity matters more than artistic experience. After submissions close, the Community Team and Development Team will select the Top 10 Finalists, and the community will vote to decide the Grand Prize Winner in our Discord.

How to Participate

1. Download the official Gauntlets template below.

2. Design your original Gauntlet.

3. Submit your completed artwork in #community-threads on the official Throne and Liberty Discord before September 3 at 10:00AM PT

4. Please make sure your post includes:  

   1. Your design attached as an image

   2. A creative name for your Gauntlet

   3. A brief 1-2 sentence description of your design

   4. Character Name

   5. Character Region

   6. Character Server

One submission per participant.

Important Design Restrictions

Please read these carefully before submitting your design.

• The overall shape of the Gauntlets must not be modified. Do not alter the core outline and shape provided in the template.

• You may freely change the colors, textures, and surface materials.

• You may add small decorative design elements on top of the Gauntlets, but they should not significantly exceed the portion of the Gauntlets you add them to. Added design elements should remain attached to a single section of the Gauntlets. They should not cross over into another moving section, or be attached to any joints, as this may cause animation issues in-game. For example, if you did a flower-inspired Gauntlet, you could add a 3D blooming flower design to main wrist plate, but you would not want to make it so big, that the petals or portions of the flower cross over to other sections of the Gauntlets.

• Entries that do not follow these guidelines may become ineligible or may require adjustments during production.

Judging

After submissions close, the Community Team and Development Team will review all eligible entries and select the Top 10 Finalists based on creativity, originality, and production feasibility.

The finalists will then be featured in a community Discord poll where players will vote to determine the Grand Prize Winner.

Rules

1. One submission per participant.

2. Entries must be your own original artwork.

3. AI-generated artwork is not permitted. All submissions must be original artwork created by the participant.

4. Follow all Important Design Restrictions listed above.

5. Entries must not contain copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, or infringe on other third-party intellectual property.

6. Entries must not contain offensive, hateful, explicit, or inappropriate content.

7. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that your artwork may be featured on official Throne and Liberty channels.

8. The Community Team reserves the right to remove submissions that violate the contest rules or the spirit of the event.
