HP increased by 6%

Fixes:

Fixed performance issues with animated lane skins
Fixed Pack Rat losing Ace stacks when using treasure hunt
Fixed an issue with purchasing double downs during queue, sometimes not showing up in-game

Hotfix 1 (26.8a)

Balance:

Rift Trader / Heroic Rift Trader

Anvil damage increased by 6%
Now flying and can be buffed by Leviathan

Low win rate.

Bounty Hunter / Kingpin

Bounty Hunter HP and damage increased by 1%
Kingpin damage increased by 1%

More compensation buffs to offset the sizable Angler nerf this patch.
