S.O.L. // School of LABYRINTH, the dungeon crawler RPG released on Steam on August 13, 2026 (Windows, $5.99 USD / ¥800), has passed 15,000 wishlists and 2,300 copies sold as of August 18 — five days after launch.

Update v1.1.0 also begins distribution today, August 18, 2026.

Built directly from reports and requests received from the community since launch, the update adds 10 Steam Achievements and delivers 17 improvements to controls and UI, all shipped within five days of release. Steam Cloud Save support arrived on August 16, and a roadmap of consecutive major updates through the end of the month has been published.

15,000 Wishlists and 2,300 Copies Sold in Five Days

Since its August 13, 2026 release, the game has surpassed 15,000 wishlists and 2,300 copies sold (both as of August 18) — a strong start for an indie title. Development has maintained a "the fix ships the day after the report" cadence since launch, and community improvement requests are what shaped update v1.1.0.

About the Game

S.O.L. // School of LABYRINTH is a school-meets-otherworld dungeon crawler RPG built on the concept "Into the depths of the old school building, with the power of your club." Players form a party of four students and descend 50 underground floors of a school that has crossed over into another world.

What's in Update v1.1.0 (August 18)

- 10 Steam Achievements added

From "First Descent" to the hidden achievement "Beyond the Abyss," 10 achievements now mark the milestones of your descent. For existing save data, progress already completed is applied automatically at launch.

- Auto battle speed settings (x1 / x2 / x3)

"Auto Battle Speed" has been added to Options. During auto battle, the current speed is displayed on screen at all times (e.g. AUTO MODE x2).

- 17 improvements to controls and UI, from launch-week player reports

- Buffs and debuffs are now shown as badges, making remaining turns visible at a glance

- Equipment and sales screens reorganized — the game now states why an item cannot be sold, or why a character cannot be revived

- Improved controller responsiveness, including preserving cursor position when switching members

- Fixed menus and windows extending past the screen or overlapping each other

- Bug fixes

- Fixed certain expedition preparations (set meals) not appearing as options at specific facility levels

- Fixed the party tab at the home base becoming unresponsive after certain inputs

- Fixed auto battle settings not carrying over to the next battle, and more
