Bulletproof and Atom Eve had no recovery after snapback, leading to an unfair active tag situation
Homing & Active Hitboxes have been improved to ensure Heavy Active Tags connect
If a Heavy Active Tag does not connect after a set duration, the attacker will perform an air recovery that will prevent combo follow-up
