Port Authority Stamp and Localization Fixes — Blue Sign News

Hello, this is Blue Anemoia.

Based on player feedback, we have fixed the following issues:

• The Union Port Authority and Royal Port Authority stamps were swapped.

• Some names and text on the stamps were translated incorrectly.

• An issue involving the inspector.

We also reviewed and corrected the related text in all 11 currently supported languages.
