COMBAT BALANCING
A lot of work on consistency - hooks vs. straights (turns vs. pushback) should feel much clearer and more distinct
Bashing requires more velocity, easier to bash from more angles, and it does a bit less DMG
Punch stepping is less snappy and starts earlier, eases out
Increased the speed required to register a punch
Added arm slowdown on hits (and more slowdown on blocked hits)
Guarding improvements (detection geometry should feel more tight, easier to block overhands)
Removed last-hp-means-no-cockpit-damage-unless-hitting-bubble-directly
Punching with props (arm / roadblock) does less DMG and less turn
MISC.
Unlimited REP to give or take (once per day per bratta)
Recenter button now also recalibrates height
Better handling of player reports + you can attach a reason to your reports
Fixed bug that caused applying polish not appear correctly (especially for Chrome!)
Fixed bug that caused players to be invulnerable outside the cage
