Today we would like to share an update on the multilingual support that many of you have been asking for.
We are currently working on versions in the following four languages:
- English
- Simplified Chinese (简体中文)
- Traditional Chinese (繁體中文)
- Korean (한국어)
* Not just the menus—every line of dialogue and story text will be translated
This localization is not a simple patch that only replaces menu and interface text. We are creating a full localization: every piece of in-game text—character dialogue, the story itself, quests, journal entries, and more—is being translated.
We are also paying close attention to each character's tone and manner of speech, so that the text reads naturally in every language.
In addition to implementing the translated text, we also need to modify and adjust the UI (screen layouts) to accommodate each language, so a release date has not yet been set.
That said, we are aiming to release within this year. Once a specific date is decided, we will announce it here on this page.
We have received many requests for translated versions in the comments over the years. It has taken us quite some time, but we are finally in a position to answer those requests. We hope you will look forward to it.
