New Content
Oil tanks now contain chemicals such as fuel and nitric acid, and explode when destroyed.
Grass you cut down no longer grows back after loading a save; cutting grass drops grass seeds you can scatter on the ground to grow a small patch of grass.
Paint textures can now be imported from a local image.
New item: "Fever Reducer" (crafted at the medicine bench).
Magazines can now be disassembled to recover the spring.
Added a compact mode to the vehicle control panel that takes up less of the screen while driving.
Added descriptions for buildable structures in the construction panel, plus an "Owned" count in the material list.
Feedback sent from the Feedback Center now includes system crash information (if any).
Improvements & Changes
Fixed built objects reverting to blueprints after loading a save; storage boxes, fridges and other production devices in affected saves are restored to their built state automatically.
Targeted fixes for missing buildings.
Weapon Modification: attachment info is now a stat table; right-click an attachment to remove it directly; installed attachments count toward the weapon's total value.
Smoother reloading and item use: drag ammo straight onto a gun to reload; magazines reload directly from ammo in the same container; decoders, spray paint, attachments, bait and the like can be used straight from a container.
Batteries can now be swapped directly in the equipment slot for items such as night vision goggles.
Vehicle batteries now drain charge instead of durability; a dead battery can be recharged or repaired.
A merchant's stock, prices and deals now stay the same until the next restock; buying hands over the exact item shown on the shelf (a weapon's special traits no longer change).
The First Aid Kit now immediately stops bleeding on every body part.
Food body temperature values now follow your temperature unit setting (Celsius / Fahrenheit).
Inventory: double right-click to drop an item; Alt + Left Click takes one, Ctrl + Left Click takes half; much better space efficiency in auto-sort.
The weapon hotbar selection frame now shows whether the weapon is drawn (green: in hand; yellow: holstered).
Repair kits are noticeably more effective on weapons such as the mining laser gun and the M2 flamethrower.
Zombies now switch targets when a closer target appears or gunfire is heard nearby, and get stuck on windows far less often.
Improved faction recognition for wild animals and hostile NPCs.
NPCs no longer dismantle shelves / cabinets or player-built structures.
Closing your backpack now asks for confirmation if liquids are not in a container.
Cancelling a crafting job now refunds the tool durability that was consumed.
Equipment comparison panels and item tooltips no longer run off the screen.

Targeted fixes for missing buildings: interrupted building generation leaving towns incomplete, scene objects generated twice after switching floors, digging and other underground-level changes being lost, and changes lost while a save is being backed up.
Fixed cleared spore nests reappearing.
Items
Fixed several cases where certain actions could cause items to be lost.
Fixed items possibly being duplicated when disassembling / destroying containers.
Fixed the shell collector being lost when disassembling a gun.
Fixed repairable items disappearing once their durability ran out.
Fixed a duplicate weapon appearing when a melee weapon's durability ran out.
Fixed ammo stacks being able to exceed the stack limit.
Fixed several item rarity bugs.
Fixed mods causing items to become unstackable, and fixed false reports of missing mods.

Fixed the "Malfunction" marker not clearing after a weapon's durability is repaired.
Fixed bullets failing to hit deployables placed against walls, and clipping through walls when vaulting over them.
Fixed the pathfinding grid not refreshing after a vehicle moves.
Audio
Fixed indoor / underground gunfire ignoring the volume setting.
Fixed the firing volume of laser, tesla and flamethrower weapons.
Fixed the grappling hook and vehicle engine ignoring the volume setting.
UI & Controls
Fixed the mouse cursor getting stuck while sprinting, and being stuck in place when no controller is connected.
Fixed the mouse cursor flickering during the lockpicking minigame.
Fixed the tooltip refreshing repeatedly while hovering over a body part.
Fixed getting stuck and unable to move when opening the backpack while climbing through a window / rolling / vaulting.
Fixed the progress bar not showing for actions such as reloading inside a vehicle; the backpack and crafting panels now work properly while in a vehicle.
Fixed the crafting panel covering the container / looting panel on the right.
Fixed the game becoming unpaused after returning to the backpack from reading a letter.
Fixed several controller issues.
Fixed missing effects and sounds when firing in the MOD editor preview.
Other
Fixed being soaked by waves while standing on dry ground several tiles away from the sea.
Fixed roofs of enterable buildings such as gas stations not hiding or showing correctly.
Fixed healing smoke lingering forever when thrown repeatedly on the same spot; overlapping healing smoke now stacks (up to 3 layers) instead of extending its duration, and permanently burning ground fires from the same cause are fixed as well.
