Fix: items from shop now spawn only after clicking checkout - solves Coop issue where second player could pick up item.

Fix: Evaluation for Network with Default DENY VLANs caused stutter.

Fix: Cables runned by more people at same time caused issues

Fix: Authoritative push of economy from host (to make sure XP, money rep is always same for all players)

Fix: Video tutorials are now turned off

Fix: Objectives synced

Fix: EOL was running only on host, clients now runs the visual EOL part as well
