Reworked the economy for players joining a match already in progress:
in Team Deathmatch they now receive money for the rounds already played and the average XP across all players in the match, instead of extra gear as before
in Endless the extra gear now depends on the current wave — the more waves cleared, the better the gear
Newly purchased items are now equipped automatically in Team Deathmatch
Adjusted bot retreat logic, which should potentially fix the issue where bots in Endless hid from players instead of pushing them
