Dear Doctors,
Today we are launching our biggest update yet. It's been 3 months since we launched our "Hired Help" major update, and with this release we are finally adding the most requested feature our community has been asking for - Cleaners!
The new Custodian category is now available in the Med-Hire app inside your ER. You can now play as single doctors without needing to run after every little piece of trash.
The second major feature of this release is Urinalysis (Urine Test Diagnostics). You can add restrooms to your ER, and by placing empty urine cups on the restroom shelf your patients can provide you with urine samples. Then, use these urine samples to either perform a Urine Dipstick Test or just deposit the sample in a Urine Analyzer.

Custodian Hired NPC's that will replace bedsheets, clean floors, remove debris and bag bodies. The first custodian can be hired as low as level 3.
Urine diagnostics, including restrooms, dipstick analyzers, and automatic analyzers.
'What's New' Popup on ER level-up introducing and explaining new items and decorations per level. If you miss the popup, you can always check Med-Manage for the "What's New" list for each ER certification level.
Deliveries will now have more appropriate-size boxes. In case you order that Maneki Neko cat and don't want it to arrive in a massive 6' by 4' shipping pallet.
ER certification level up now has new, sparkling effects.
🔀 Changed:
Significant overhaul of VFX in the game (Healing, Blood etc). In case you're feeling that dopamine boost and don't know where it's from - That might be it.
Pillars can now be moved once all surrounding walls have been opened.
Doors are now more stable and will completely ignore dead bodies blocking them.
Patients sent to restrooms from bed/chair will return to that location after they finish their business.
Upgraded icons in Med-Manage desktop app. More to come :)

Fixed a weird guard focus issue that caused some guards to get stuck looking at a person and walking backwards. No more creepy guards!
Fixed an issue that caused some notifications to not be shown. The game should feel slightly more communicative now..
Fixed an issue where if players recycled the shabby sofa they would get another one the following day. That free distribution of shabby sofas will not go on.
Fixed an issue that caused the news flash would not play properly on ER monitors.
Fixed an issue that caused trash not to be properly recycled when dropped into the trash bin.
Fixed auto-ban when changing permissions while guest is performing the selected action
Fixed an issue that was causing zombie transformation to stop half-way and lock the patients/zombie.
Fixed wall color height alignment on walls
Fixed an issue that was preventing the centering of walls while being held. Placing walls should now feel nicer.
