Fixed a bug in where the power would not go out.
Fixed a bug which caused a crash under the game over screen over certain conditions.
Some how Tanner had a 100% spawn rate in normal mode. re-adjusted that.
Minor balance changes To Normal Mode, Normal + and 1337 Mode.
Tomorrow we plan to focus heavily on balance changes and adjustments.
