Hey everyone!
For Season 8, we're planning multiple mid-season updates, each bringing different content to keep things fresh and fun. This mid-season update introduces two new Soul Pendants, a batch of new Soul Jades, adjustments for three weapons, and the expanded route in \[Crystal Vale].
Season
New Soul Pendants
GOLEM Soul Pendant
The power of GOLEM enters the battlefield! Forged from the essence of mountain stone, this Soul Pendant grants you dominion over lasers. Used wisely, it'll be a major asset in combat.
YORUHIME-MARU Soul Pendant
YORUHIME-MARU commands firepower and corrosion, and its jellyfish spirit inherits these abilities perfectly. Use it well, It will offer a wealth of battle possibilities.
Soul Jades
We will add a batch of new Soul Jades to enrich the existing system and provide more tactical options.
Levels
This mid-season update adds new route and new Vault in \[Crystal Vale].
Weapon Adjustments
Three existing weapons are getting gameplay adjustments in this update.
Prism
We think the Prism's ricochet behavior is pretty fun, so we've polished the mechanic and given it a Weapon Skill. Now, when a Prism projectile hits an enemy, it applies a tracking mark, causing other Prism projectiles to bounce toward that enemy. Its Weapon Skill also commands all active Prism projectiles to simultaneously attack marked enemies.
Glimmering
We've given Glimmering a Weapon Skill. It now accumulates resource on hit, and the Weapon Skill consumes resource to instantly fire multiple shurikens.
Arc Light
We've added new Exclusive Inscription for Arc Light, opening up more tactical possibilities.
Development Progress
All the above new content will be available in the first mid-season update at the end of July. Stay tuned!
