Fixed an issue where issuing a move command with all characters selected would only stop one character.
Fixed several noise circles not working correctly, including the Wire Kill noise zone and noise generated by players while running near enemies.
Fixed snow maps being overly bright, making the cursor difficult to see. Adjusted map lighting for better visibility.
Fixed running not generating visible noise correctly. Replaced the shockwave effect with standard yellow noise circles for improved clarity.
Fixed the noise circle not appearing for Johny's new Strangle ability.
