A new update has landed, bringing two highly requested features that give Commanders even more control over the battlefield: Attack Commands and Troop Transports.
Smarter Attack Commands
Units can now be ordered to attack specific targets with much greater effectiveness. They'll engage enemies while trying to maintain their optimal combat range and will even pursue targets if they temporarily lose visual contact.
This makes engagements feel more dynamic and gives you greater tactical control during intense battles.
Defend What Matters
We've also introduced a new Defend command.
Assign units to protect another friendly unit or structure, and they'll stay close while responding to nearby threats. It's especially useful for keeping your Harvesters safe while they gather valuable resources, but the possibilities don't stop there.
Transport Your Forces
Moving troops across the battlefield is now easier than ever.
Simply select your infantry and order them to board a friendly transport vehicle. Once in position, deploy them using the Deploy Infantry button in the UI to quickly reinforce the front lines or launch coordinated assaults.
This is the first iteration of the transport system, and we'll continue improving it in future updates.
More Improvements Across the Board
Alongside these new features, this update includes a wide range of optimizations, gameplay improvements, bug fixes, and quality-of-life changes to make your experience on the surface even better.
