Simple patch to address some of the highly requested feedback.

Removed the restriction of not being able to run while aiming
Renamed the grip style options for clarity
Removed a watermark
Fixed the duplicated magazine bug after dying
Added a left-handed mode which flips holsters, under general settings
Fixed JPC weight painting issues
Added a "no turn" mode, for those with stick drift
Added a "no gun smoothing" mode, for those who want raw input only
Improved the hand direction movement mode angle
Fixed the AK & MP5 rails not accepting attachments
Proper night build for CAG run map
Updated lighting for all shoothouse options on the training map to be more consistent
Fixed floating cartridges
Fixed collisions for some cars and the killhouse
Some missions renamed
