Game feel and responsiveness should be better after this update, and some rare but critical bugs have been fixed.

Battle Animation Setting: Now has Normal, Fast and Near-Instant speeds. Near-Instant is extremely fast.
City hub menus fade to black inconsistenceis have been ironed out
Reduced held-input delay from 24 frames to 12 and repeat spacing to 3 frames
Reduced normal event fade-in/fade-out time from 24 to 12 frames.
