Updated the Beachcomber's Brim to add a second style that was originally missed
Updated the Northern Nights, Umbral Lights, and Solar Singed Unusual effects to fix a naming conflict
Updated the Blissful Butterflies and Wispful Wings Unusual effects to fix visibility issues
Updated the Hard Hearing to fix truncated style names
Updated backpack image for the Pyro's Overalls to fix the alpha channel
Updated the Sandwich Diner and Sideshow war paints to fix the alpha channels
Updated the Team Union war paint to remove a few rogue pixels
