Various Input Field issues fixed:
- Advanced Sens Widget showing wrong numbers.
- A few other InputFloats in other parts of the game were broken similarly, like in the Scenario Editor.
- Pressing enter on InputFloat will now confirm the entry and drop focus from the widget like it did and like every other input Widget does.
- Leaving an entry in InputFloat empty and clicking off of it will restore it to the smallest value (or if min input wasn't inclusive then the smallest value plus 0.1).
Other changes:
- When downloading a scenario in a playlist, the "downloading scenario" widget on the bottom left of the screen is shown.
- Fixed a bug where "No Steam Connection Found" was preventing players from searching for scenarios during an "Online Scenarios" refresh
