Load Game command added to menu. That was actually easier than I thought it'd be.
BUGFIXES
Refusing to hand over sailors to be impressed leads into a sea battle as intended, not a fistfight.
Faction ships that chase you on the sailing screen were disabled. There's something glitched out about them that cause them to continously assault the player in the middle of events, despite my best use of switches and checks. They have been moved to the general random encounter table, and have spawn rates depending on regional control.
