Reworked onboarding experience for new players
Fixed an issue where the UNLRA Headquarters building failed to render correctly when viewed from longer distances

Note: The new onboarding is available only on completely fresh accounts. It will not appear on existing accounts, even after wiping your current character. If you encounter any issues, please report them to our support team.
