Archery & Hunting
Reworked archery gameplay, balancing, and animations.
Added Recurve Bows.
Updated bow progression and visual models.
Bows now require Bow Strings.
Refactored the Fletching profession and added new recipes.

Achievement progress is shared across all characters within the same region.

Homesteaders cannot destroy building pieces placed more than 36 hours ago on Clan-shared plots.

Balance
Areas near the Petra Dei now spawn Flint, and the distance from water at which Flint can spawn has been expanded by 10 meters.
Garlic yield has been increased from 3 to 5.
The Bronze Ingot recipe now requires 60 Charcoal instead of 100 Sapwood.
Adult Birch Trees now have a hardness of 1 instead of 2, allowing them to be chopped down with a Bronze Axe.
The Straw recipe has been changed to use Reeds instead of Flax.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where some Winemaking and Brewing recipes did not grant Crafting XP.
Ivies can now be destroyed when placed on construction pieces.
All furnishing pieces have been removed from the Log Workbench. Most are now crafted at the Basic Carpenter Workbench, while others have been moved to more relevant crafting stations, such as Animal Trophies at the Leatherworking Bench and Archery Targets at the Fletching Bench.
Chat
Added a Province-wide chat channel.
Added unread message counters to the chat sidebar.
Added configurable login and first-time player notifications.
Consecutive messages from the same sender are now grouped.
Consolidated chat preferences into a single settings panel.
Separated General Feed filters from HUD notification settings.
UI
Added the ability to edit and remove clan announcements.
Added tooltips to the top bar.
Fixes
The Journal, Redeeming Queue, and Clan menus can now be closed using their respective keybinds.
Fixed a crash caused by repeatedly pressing the Reset Keybinds button.
Fixed several UI alignment issues.
Fixed an issue where the inventory character preview was not centered.
Combat
Added hit impact VFX for weapons and special attacks (excluding bows).

Fixed an issue where holding Block after using an ability could cause combat inputs to break.
Fixed incorrect movement during two-handed mace and axe attacks.

Technical
Fixed an issue preventing AMD FSR Frame Generation from being available in some cases.
Reduced freezes when opening or closing the Settings menu.
Optimized several outdoor PvE NPCs.
Fixed a Character Creator camera issue when rapidly switching presets.
Known Issues
Combat
NPCs can teleport towards the player while affected by Ironroot Grasp or Netfall.
Crafting / Building / Gathering
NEW (July 7): Placing crafting stations at the very edge of the plot may make them inaccessible and indestructible.
Some crafting stations and processing crafters have excessively slow loading and interaction times.
Targeting stacked or packed containers has become unreliable, and nearby objects can block interaction.
No warning message is displayed when Homesteader attempts to destroy construction pieces.
The new animation, when dropping an item from the inventory, interrupts mining and chopping.
The silver bracelet loses durability when not used.
Animation / Visuals / Sounds
The Cinematic and Epic settings for Streaming Distance can cause severe performance issues in dungeons. We recommend setting Streaming Distance to High before entering a dungeon.
There is a known issue with the Anti-Aliasing and Super Resolution selection. If you change the mode (DLSS, FSR, TSR) in the Graphics settings, you need to restart the game for the change to take effect.
NEW (July 7): FSR Frame Generation may not function correctly on some AMD Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs, resulting in little or no performance improvement. Potential workaround (thanks to Rivalin): To use FSR 4.1 with Frame Generation, AMD users may achieve better results by disabling the in-game Frame Generation option and enabling AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) in the Adrenalin software instead.
Bonfires and the new Pyre have very low audio.
Healing staves have no sound effect when shooting.
Battle Axe, Great Mace, and Greatsword models pass through the player's head when block is released.
Achievements
The Join a Clan Achievement is currently not retroactive. The (cheesy) workaround is to create a second character on the same account and create/join a Clan with that character.
The Ornithologist Achievement cannot currently be completed because the Sooty Grouse (Spruce Grouse) is missing from the game.
