Test Server is open.
Preliminary Patch Notes for the Test Server are available on the official forum:
The main goal of this test is to evaluate rewards from PvP activity, combat changes related to penetration and repairs, and the updated clan interface.
Test Server Rewards
Players who participate in testbed testing will receive a percentage of the combat medals earned on the test server.
There may be additional goals and tasks. We will provide more details early next week.
Players who help identify bugs, exploits, or other issues will also receive special rewards.
The Test Server database is based on the Caribbean Server state as of the July 3 maintenance.
