The June update for Old World heavily focused on design balance changes, rebalancing several areas of the game, from 2nd tier tech costs, to changes to critical hit rolls, all the way to changing how beating the game on different difficulties interacts with achievements. Now, if you beat the game on hardcore, you get all the difficulty achievements unlocked. The July update for Old World has a few headline changes like a rebalance to the religion founding requirements, improvements to influence mission events with negative outcomes, and a fixed memory leak.
