Update 48.8 Release Notes

News and Notes:

Within the public dungeon "Dungeons of Barad-dûr" in Dor Amarth, rubble piles have been reduced in size to allow for easier traversal. Additionally the quest "Lost Lore of Gorgoroth: Dor Amarth" is no longer blocked by an offending rubble pile.
Pagru-kirít, Garden of Corpses
- A new Tier 3 deed has been added for those up to the challenge!
- Trash
  - Reduced ranged on Rending Cleave
- Khardâmu
  - Added additional check for banner effects
  - Reduced effective range on Ending Strike
- Ushkudâsh
  - Increased cooldown of Weave Shadows
  - Increased cooldown on Song of Nuzêru
  - Reduced Area size of Song of Nuzêru pulsing from players
  - Reduced damage on Shadow Spit
  - Added callout for Call for Aid
  - Reduced frontal size for the Spawn of Ushkudâsh fire breath
  - Reduced damage on Shattering Roar
  - Echoes of Nuzêru can no longer heal other Echoes of Nuzêru
- Rotting Blood now correctly gets removed when a player is healed to full health on Tier 3.
