Added visuals for the van's Lead Shielding upgrade. Your van finally looks as protected as it actually is.

Changes
The Improved Scanner upgrade has been renamed to Improved PDA. After purchasing it, the PDA now also receives a new visual appearance.
The PPSh can now jam.
The Mosin rifle now correctly displays a round in the chamber.
Fixes
Fixed an issue that could prevent reloading the Double-Barrel Shotgun and Revolver Shotgun on HTC Vive (hopefully - unfortunately, I can't test it myself).
Fixed several issues related to player height:
Fixed cases where player height could be calculated incorrectly.
Fixed an issue where the player's head could collide with door frames, preventing them from walking through even when there appeared to be enough space.
Fixed the height offset not being reflected when opening the settings menu until the value was changed.
Fixed an issue where the Mosin rifle could get stuck in the ground.
Improved the quality of some textures.
Optimized various scripts and models.
Various other minor fixes and improvements.
