Captains, Undiscovered space is about to open to you. On July 7th, 2026, our next major content update will launch on PC! Star Trek Online: Undiscovered is the realization of something we at the team have wanted for a long time, and we know you’ve been asking for it. Return to the time of the Klingon War, and experience an updated and reimagined story for “The Ultimate Klingon.” This classic STO storyline was once a crucial part of the Federation and Klingon storylines, and now it returns for you to experience with new graphics, an updated story, exciting cutscenes, and more!

The storyline revolves around Lieutenant Miral Paris, the daughter of Tom Paris and B’Elanna Torres, played by a returning Lisa Locicero, but now includes her godfather, The Doctor himself. Robert Picardo returns to the role he made famous on Star Trek: Voyager, and continued in Starfleet Academy. The Federation has proposed a ceasefire deal to the Klingon High Council, but after four years of war and a growing Undine threat, the Klingons are bitter and suspicious. Join Lieutenant Miral Paris and the Doctor in securing support for President Okeg's peace proposal, while navigating controversies surrounding Paris' mantle as the Kuvah'magh of ancient Klingon prophecy.

We’re also launching a new event, also called Undiscovered, that will reward you with the K’vort Temporal Flight Deck Raptor, as seen on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Lower Decks. As a somewhat mysterious vessel, the K’vort will be customizable into both of its classic looks, and will come with the ability to summon two B’rel class Birds of Prey to join you in glorious battle!

Another classic Star Trek Online feature, Deep Space Encounters, has been completely revamped. Travel the Alpha, Beta, and Delta Quadrants to find unique missions with new objectives, random enemies, and a large variety of environments. Playing Deep Space Encounters will earn bonus Endeavor XP and Daily Event Progress for the new Undiscovered Event!
