Some more hotfixes.

Improvements:

- Help message when trying to build the Wind Turbine on ships or stations, explaining it must be placed on ground entities.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed legacy rock and stone brick item colors not always matching their material bucket tint.

- Fixed help message mergeTime deduplication not working (messages could repeat every few seconds).

- Fixed assembler not pushing finished products while its queue is active #7847.
