Borders Update — Doodle Empires News

- Added borders to all nations, faiths, origins, and groups

- Added random faith name button

- Added text above color bar showing how much draw power is left

- Redesigned game settings menu

- Added hints when hovering over cards/mechanics in game settings menu

- Added tutorial mode, which will enable helpful pop-ups throughout the game

- Added some color to the different map mode buttons

- Added Anglo American and Mesoamerican nation name options to the random nation name settings

- Added random fun facts to the main menu below the community links, and if you click the blue "Fun Fact" button it will take you to a related Wikipedia article (I haven't added that many fun facts yet lol)
