- Added 10 second countdown before kick-off, including sound. Players can choose up to 4 voices or turn off entirely via `Customize -> Sounds`

- Set-piece time limit is now enforced. If a player takes longer than 15 seconds over a set-piece, it's awarded to the opposing team
