[EXPERIMENTAL] 26w25a: Artificial Horizon + Docking screen

So I wanted to take a bit of time off the usual stuff and add some new cool bricks, it has been a while.

So this build adds two new cockpit instruments:

• this represent the ship roll and pitch, like in modern plane.

• It is made mainly to make your cockpit a bit more lively - but it is actually fully functional!

• will shows an animation of the relative position of the target dock.

• you can actually use this to maneuver manually during docking.

This is actually inspired by the docking procedure screen of one of my favorite movie, 2001 A Space Odyssey!
