Kebab Chefs! 1.0 is officially live, and we are incredibly grateful for all the amazing launch day support and feedback! We’ve been working hard to address your initial reports right away. Here is the complete list of our Day 2 patch notes and fixes deployed today.
Patch Notes:
Gameplay & Interaction Fixes:
Fixed a bug where closing the tablet with the TAB key during the tutorial call task would break the objective.
Increased collider heights for Heart Cookie and Ravioli so they can now be picked up from plates properly.
Fixed an issue where customers would freeze when picking up food from the counter.
Disabled interactions with the Steam NPC girl while any other mission is active.
Fixed an issue where Gourmet Tony would freeze and not leave his seat after eating and liking the food.
Enabled the ability to open doors while in Edit Mode.
Fixed a hair visual clipping issue with the red fez.
Multiplayer & Sync Fixes:
Fixed a bug where players who weren't playing Blackjack still received win/lose notifications.
Fixed a third-person animation glitch where players putting a plate on a shelf would sometimes get stuck in the "holding" state.
Fixed a multiplayer synchronization bug where kebab pieces could visually appear cooked for one player but raw for another.
Fixed a sync error that occurred when completing daily bakery orders.
Economy & Save Fixes:
Fixed an exploit where taking a loan, manually saving, and restarting the game would wipe the debt.
Fixed a balancing issue in Easy Mode: Taking a loan with negative interest.
UI & Controller Fixes:
Fixed recipe navigation with gamepad in tablet menu.
Fixed an issue where controller sensitivity settings wouldn't update without restarting the game.
Furniture & AI Fixes:
Fixed a pathfinding bug where waiters on Hard Mode would freeze due to being unable to reach plates.
Fixed snapping and alignment issues with the refrigerator.
Achievements & Audio:
Fixed the cat achievement not unlocking properly.
Fixed the "sweet, sour, salty" achievements not unlocking properly.
Added background music to the Main Menu.
