Re-enabled the intro map.
Added DirectX 12 shader precompilation support at startup to reduce gameplay stuttering and shader compilation hitches.

Fixes

Fixed Lumen auto-detection on low-end PCs, ensuring the appropriate alternative lighting method is selected when Lumen is not supported.
Fixed Lumen Software Ray Tracing support for graphics cards limited to Shader Model 5 (including devices such as Steam Deck).
Fixed a missing body camera effect in Level Fun.
Fixed the water electricity shader in the Found Footage Poolroom and Prison areas.
