Hello everyone,
We have some news about the development of Clown House: Lunacy and a new trailer.
Firstly, we decided to discard the co-op multiplayer feature to focus on an immersive single-player experience. My teammates and I are storytellers at heart, we should have focused all our attention on that from that start.
This decision did not only ease the development It also gave us the freedom to make game narrative design choices that would be awkward or inconvenient in a multiplayer game.
We are crafting a story about a commune of mysterious clowns, a derelict mansion with a history stained by sin, and two upright people dedicated to unravel the mystery. Stay tuned to see more!
Secondly, we have a date for a demo: October 2026. It's going to be the first chapter of our story, played by the point-of-view of a reporter with her camcorder.
I will be also at METUCON 2026 (a geek convention in Turkey) to showcase a demo. I'll write about this in detail in next weeks.
