Version 1.01 Update Notes & Future Plans — Realm of Ink News

Greetings, fellow warriors! This is A Kuan, who just opened Steam after a full day of bug fixing.

[p align="start"]Yes, we released an emergency update yesterday to address progression-blocking issues and common bugs.

[p align="start"]New Features:

Add pop up when changing Display Mode to minimize the issue of incorrect resolution changes.

[p align="start"]Experience Improvements:

Increased movement speed for Ink Pets of different levels, allowing them to perform better on larger maps.
Under Jiao Hao (蛟毫) and Long Hao (龙毫) difficulties, the number of steamed buns obtained is increased by 30%.
Under high Dissolution difficulty, the strength of chapter 2 and 3 bosses is increased, while chapter 5 and 6 bosses are weakened.
Under high Dissolution difficulty, the strength of common and elite enemies in chapter 6 is increased.

[p align="start"]Debug:

Fixed an issue where Give up in Animitta's Sanctum will cause game crash.
Fixed an issue where Oread Form's Ability \[Demon Puppet Summon]'s Ink Pet Ultimate Skill will cause game crash.
Fixed an issue where destroyed Fox Lighthouse will cause game crash.
Fixed a bunch of other minor bugs that don't affect core gameplay.

[p align="start"]Ongoing optimizations (expected to be updated next Monday):

Further improvements to Ink Pet performance.
Increased number of steamed buns obtained.
Boss strength balancing under high Dissolution difficulty.
