1. Fixed an issue where the Hafted Blade could not use Poleblade and Poleaxe Execution Actions.
2. Fixed an issue where purchasing Exquisite Box items while the Exquisite Box inventory was full would consume Gold Tokens without granting the purchased items.
3. Fixed an issue where lava damage in the Lava Cave Instance would not function correctly.
