Community Challenge: Dark Enterprises
While some shop and live in luxury high above the streets, real business happens below. Beneath the fancy towers lies a city under the city - a black market pulsing with neon light, shady deals, and unspoken rules. This is where illegal trades are common, money change hands, and consequences are handled quietly.
In this challenge, build the hidden economy of your city. Design the shadow districts where the black market lives and order is maintained without police presence. Let the atmosphere, density, and layout tell the story of a place the city pretends doesn’t exist.
