Fixed error in a fallback variant of Dog Tags story
Fixed rare issue where player soldiers were treated as surrendered at start of battle
Fix a rare error happening in battle, when a previously MIA soldier was marked as dead internally, but the message was not communicated yet
Fixed issue where wounded MIA soldier could fail to return to hospital under certain circumstances despite Elisabeth dialogue stating otherwise
Prevent some problems with first aid and scatter due to artillery or grenade
