Added a feature to automatically load players into a solo match if no players are found after 3 minutes in the matchmaking queue

CONTROLLER

Added the ability to accept community guidelines using a controller
Added the ability to leave chases while using a controller
Added LB/RB glyphs while navigating the character customization menu
Added a back button glyph to cancel matchmaking on controllers
Fixed an issue causing the 'Y' button to perform the same functions as 'A' on controller
Fixed an issue allowing input actions to be enabled while towing a vehicle using a controller

BUG FIXES

Fixed an issue causing ANISOTROPIC TEXTURING to be disabled on all quality presets
Fixed an issue causing settings presets to be overridden and not revert to the original configuration
Fixed an issue causing the map to not navigate correctly while zooming in
Fixed an issue preventing a notification from providing visibility to players who aren't able to place GPS pins in another player's vehicle
