CHANGES
Charged drifting has been tweaked to reduce its tier 3 drift power, while increasing its tier 1 and tier 2 drift power. Charge still retains its strength and identity of having a higher top speed.
Charged drifting's average speed being higher, and its top speed being significantly higher than manual drift, had made the more difficult nature of manual feel unrewarding to master.
A slight kart camera change to improve visual clarity.
Small map element changes, such as position changes, fixes, and removals of: Jump pads, wall colliders, item boxes, gears, coins, random respawns, e.g.:
-> Western: shortcut ring no longer immediately stops your drift. Left side finish wall colliders pushed back to have a bit more space.
-> Icy Roads: jump pad removed, collider fixes.
Hero avatar sizes on minimaps were reduced. You should now be able to more accurately see player positions when packed together.
Bullmerang removed from item pools.
World warp: Reduced sections from 4 to 3 per race. Minimaps added.
Time Trial leaderboards reset to go along with changes in Maps and Charged Drifting

HERO CHANGES
-> FILIAN / CHOP - Daze timer up +14%, Max speed down -1%
Filian's ultimate had little risk, with all of its rewards. We are increasing her overall daze timer, without reverting her previously buffed ultimate boost duration. You'll once again have to be cautious when using her ultimate!
-> MARU / PATRICK - Reduced top speed -3%
-> COBIE / RAK - Speed Boost ultimate cost up +10%
-> NOMAD - Shield ultimate cost up +5%
-> BAAM / NIN NIM - Tier 3 boost down -8%
-> ZIM / CYBERDOGE - Top speed nerfed in all forms -1.5%
-> DEGEN SPARTAN - Max Coins bonus speed down -8%
-> RATTINI - Trick jump bonus speed down -20%
Rattini's Ratt Scurry boost would not ignore certain dazes (as per its description) sometimes; this has been fixed.
-> PAS - Ultimate charges +9% faster
