Slapstick Skirmish Balance Patch

Small balance patch based on feedback for both the anvil item and the new "King of the Hill" mode:

Balance:

• Decreased anvil damage 25 -> 10

• Added new "Anvil Warning" VFX to help with anvil targeting clarity

• Fixed interaction with anvil being able to target already squashed players

• Fixed interaction with anvil being able to target players with anvil already targeting them

• Added death and respawning to the "King of the Hill" Game mode

• Reduced base health in "King of the Hill" Game mode to 25

Fixes:

• Improved performance of new modes

• Fixed texture/lighting issues with characters and some map materials
