Heyo!

This quick patch addresses the following:

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the tutorial would not continue after defeating your first enemy.
Fixed an issue where the Korean language option showed Simplified Chinese instead.
Fixed an issue where the blobs could be unlocked when no run was completed yet.
Fixed an issue where certain debug cheats weren't properly removed from the release version.
